I. Cancellation Policy

1. Change of Mind: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
2. After 12 Hours: Processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

II. Returning Goods

While we encourage careful order review, we accept returns for:

Valid Return Reasons:

• Size Issues: Received item doesn’t match ordered size
• Design Errors: Product differs from website display
• Damaged Items: Products arriving with defects or damage

Return Requirements:

• Customer covers return shipping costs and risks
• Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery
• No returns accepted after 14 days

Product Condition:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original packaging
• All tags, protective films, and accessories must remain intact
• Altered or used items are ineligible for return

Important: We’re not liable for return shipping damage/loss. Use insured, trackable shipping. Refunds require received goods or delivery proof.

III. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For invalid payment methods, contact support for alternatives.

Processing timeline:

• Refund initiation: 1-5 business days after return approval
• Bank processing: Additional 3-7 business days

IV. Exchanges

We typically don’t process exchanges. For eligible issues (wrong size/design/damage), we’ll ship replacements without requiring a new order.
